  1. Jeff says

Oh, Mr. Ledway. You were doing so well, too.

  2. Librarian says

“Nope, how should I know what you keep on your personal data drives? And why does it concern me at all?”

I suppose we’re going to be getting serial trials after we round up a bunch of [alleged] crooks? Will we see jury selection?

  3. anonymous coward says

“I’m not even sure why you stopped me officer. Do you need my help with something or am I free to go?”

  4. Okay, this is a guy suspected of armed robbery, part of a gang where at least two people have been shown to have guns, and is a known fugitive that they are rounding up as part of a sting. He’s dangerous. I know it’s artistic license, but I’m pretty sure Nick here would be subject to a felony stop, not a lone officer taunting him with a flash drive.

  5. Curris says

For a moment, I thought that there was a second person outside the car, besides the officer. It seems as though the arm that holds the jump drive in panel #5 is coming from below the frame, with a redshirt sleeve.

Now, I realize that the red is the rear of the car, and that the officer is speaking, but it had me fooled for a moment.

Also, if the car was tracked by helicopter observation, I would assume a more intensive stop would have been performed (such as surrounding the car with several cruisers)

Still a good comic. I am enjoying it very much.
