    “Not only do I need to know the law better than the supreme court, but I have to craft my words better too?”
    Uh, well, yeah… Just like every other citizen, is it not even more so, an officer’s duty to know and understand the law they were entrusted to enforce? Failure to proceed lawfully would give rise to abuse.

    • Yeah, but remember chapter 16 especially and the rest of the work generally. There’s a *lot* of it, and it’s constantly changing.
