So Flint’s out there, pounding the pavement looking for you, with the intent to kill you when he finds you. Again, in some jurisdictions that’s enough to charge him with attempt.
Other jurisdictions are going to require a bit more, however. Maybe going to your home with a gun, or perhaps actually taking aim, before being arrested.
