Fred came home one day to find his wife in bed with the plumber.
Businessman opening the door in shock to see surprised wife and satisfied plumber, post-coitus.
The shock enraged him so that he could barely see, and he leapt onto the bed and started pummeling the plumber.
Businessman with eyes blanked out punching plumber in the neck so hard the plumber’s feet fly up
One of the blows crushed his windpipe, and the plumber died.
