See the little girl in this photo? You don’t know her, but we’re gonna kill her if you don’t rob that bank right now.
So what if he didn’t know her? Threatening that little girl’s life was enough to overcome Jim’s will as well.
Another SWAT team going “hut” piles on Jim
The cops got him, too.
Bob successfully claimed duress, and went free.
Bob strutting down a path, smiled on by the sun, a tree, a bunny, and a flower.
Most states recognize the defense when someone in your immediate family is the one being threatened.
It doesn’t have to be your own skin you’re protecting.
Given all that happened, Bob’s a little too happy. I’m thinking he was prescribed something pretty strong to help him deal with the trauma.
