Is he guilty of attempt?<\/p>\n<p>He had the right mens rea, and he certainly took steps to carry out his intent. But there is\u00a0<strong>no way<\/strong> his action could conceivably work.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>IMPOSSIBLE.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>So no, he&#8217;s not guilty of attempt.
