He bought a truckload of kilos from a new supplier who turned out to be a cop.<\/p>\n<p>Actually, he bought a truckload of talcum powder instead of cocaine.<\/p>\n<p><em>Man signaling an 18-wheeler to &#8220;&#8216;mon back!&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Though it was impossible for him to have bought cocaine in this situation\u2014it was only ever going to be talc\u2060\u2014Frack is\u00a0<strong>still<\/strong> going to be guilty of attempted possession of cocaine.<\/p>\n<p>What he was trying to do was illegal, and only impossible due to his own mistake as to the\u00a0<strong>facts<\/strong> of the situation.
