To get a lighter sentence, he&#8217;d offered to\u00a0<strong>cooperate<\/strong> with the feds and help them catch other spies.<\/p>\n<p><em>Glenn has to think<\/em><\/p>\n<p>But he didn&#8217;t actually\u00a0<strong>know<\/strong> any other spies. So, like countless informants before him, he tried to get somebody\u2014<strong>anybody<\/strong>\u2014else in trouble.<\/p>\n<p><em>Francine being dragged away by the FBI, as Glenn shrugs it off.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><em>FRANCINE<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">You bastard!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><em>GLENN<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Hey, better you than\u00a0<strong>me,<\/strong> buddy.<\/p>\n<p>Glenn was acting on the government&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>behalf,<\/strong> so it counts as police action.
