But not <strong>all<\/strong> good\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">-=-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Panel 2: Narration box.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">NARRATION:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">We\u2019ve already seen how their invention of <strong>faith<\/strong> directly led to the new <strong>evils of orthodoxy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">One being the very concept of <strong>thought crime,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Another being the urge to <strong>destroy<\/strong> a fellow human being in self-defense, for no other reason than that the neurons in his brain might explain the world with an <strong>unapproved narrative.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">One can imagine how this must have <strong>complicated<\/strong> life in new and exciting ways <strong>within<\/strong> the Jewish state.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">-=-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Panel 3: A map of the Mediterranean world. Bucephalus\u2019 eyes and teeth look evil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">NARRATION:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">The whole process of Jewish reinvention ran from around 450 to 100 B.C., but the busiest period of scripture writing was finished by <strong>330 B.C.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Coincidentally (yes), 300 B.C. is also the year <strong>Alexander the Great<\/strong> conquered the Persian Empire ruling Yehud.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">For the next <strong>five centuries,<\/strong> Yehud would be ruled by the Hellenistic (Greek) and Roman (Roman) empires\u2014as the province of <strong>Judea.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><\/div><\/div><a id='bg-showmore-action-6a8bb6d39dafb9041004015' class='bg-showmore-plg-link bg-arrow '  style=\" color:#9ca7a5;;\" href='#'>View Transcript<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>.
