So what if he didn’t know her? Threatening that little girl’s life was\u00a0enough<\/strong> to overcome Jim’s will as well.<\/p>\n

Another SWAT team going “hut” piles on Jim<\/em><\/p>\n

The cops got him, too.<\/p>\n

Bob successfully claimed\u00a0duress,<\/strong> and went free.<\/p>\n

Bob strutting down a path, smiled on by the sun, a tree, a bunny, and a flower.<\/em><\/p>\n

Most states recognize the defense when someone in your immediate\u00a0family<\/strong> is the one being threatened.<\/p>\n

It doesn’t have to be your\u00a0own<\/strong> skin you’re protecting.<\/p>\n
