    Wow this series is interesting. I have problems with some things that do not ‘smell’ exactly right, but I understand how it works…

    You need to explore good Brussels Sprouts recipes. Seriously. Roasting is magic.

    • also, fresh is key. don’t even think about the canned variety or you’re setting yourself up to be disappointed.
