The issue of 3 means that every showup is urgent, right?
Not really- if the crime occurred an hour ago, a day’s delay for a lineup would be a problem by the third question. If it was a month ago, a day won’t be a big deal.

I’m loving the idea of someone being distracted by a butterfly from witnessing a violent crime. I have to imagine a person who could be distracted by that would be a lepidopterist, spotting a new species or one believed to be extinct. Or someone who’s hallucinating and thinks the butterfly is talking to him, or something.
