    Previously, we had the case of a girl drawing comics, and she tried to invoke her rights after she started talking, without success.
    What is different here ?

    • The short answer is that the cartoonist was trying to “take the Fifth,” while this guy is trying to assert his Miranda rights. Miranda is a special set of rules for a special situation, being interrogated while in police custody.

      The long answer is this chapter, I guess. (I hope that doesn’t come off as snarky.)
